Accurate and Noninvasive Dysphagia Assessment via a Soft High‐Density sEMG Electrode Array Conformal to the Submental and Infrahyoid Muscles

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A stretchable, breathable, large‐area high‐density sEMG (HD‐sEMG) electrode array is reported, which enables seamless integration to the complex surface of the submental and infrahyoid muscles to detect high‐fidelity HD‐sEMG signals during swallowing.

Unlocking Methane Generation via Photo‐Thermal‐Coupled CO2 Hydrogenation by Integrating FeNiCrMnCo Multicomponent Alloy with GaN Nanowires

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A noble‐metal‐free FeNiCrMnCo multicomponent alloy (MCA) integrated with GaN nanowires achieves efficient photo‐thermal‐coupled CO₂ methanation, delivering a methane production rate of 199 mmol∙g−¹∙h−¹ with 93% selectivity. The system demonstrates exceptional stability and tunable catalytic properties, offering a sustainable pathway for solar‐driven ...

Diurnal Release of Airborne Pathogen Spores in Greenhouses via the Synergistic Effects of Relative Humidity and Wind

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Day‐night cycles trigger sharp relative humidity (RH) shifts in greenhouses. Rapid humidity drops dehydrate Corynespora cassiicola spores, inducing shrinkage, jerking movements, and weakened inter‐spore connections that drive detachment. Wind is essential for dispersal, with even mild airflow enabling rapid pathogen spread. These synergistic effects of

Activity‐Selectivity Trends in Electrochemical Urea Synthesis: Co‐Reduction of CO2 and Nitrates Over Single‐Site Catalysts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, a series of single‐site metal phthalocyanine catalysts (MPcs (M = Zn, Co, Ni, Cu, and Fe)) are screened to learn their activity‐selectivity relationship in the co‐reduction reaction of CO2 and nitrates toward urea formation, which can be significantly promoted by enhanced adsorption of *HOOCNO, reduced adsorptions of *N and *COOH, and ...
