Financijska teorija i praksa, 2002Tekst analizira jačinu povezanosti između procesa privatizacije i sive ekonomije u Hrvatskoj od 1997-2001. Iako ne postoji ekonometrijski utvrđena kauzalna veza između procesa privatizacije i NG, većina dostupnih podataka ukazuje da je privatizacijski proces i u ovom razdoblju u značajnoj mjeri bio kontekstom rasta opsega neslužbene ekonomije.
