The male and the last instar larva of Chilenoperla puerilis Illies (Gripopterygidae) are redescribed from Chubut Province, Argentinean Patagonia. Wing venation previously not described, differs from other described species in the genus. The larva is separable from that of C. elongata Vera and C. puelche Vera.

Observations on the eggs of species ofDinotoperla(Plecoptera: Gripopterygidae)
Aquatic Insects, 1985Descriptions, using scanning electron microscopy, are given of the ova of seven species of Dinotoperla (D. eucumbene, D. bassae, D. brevipemis, D. fontana. D. hirsuta, D. serricauda, D. thwaitesi) from south-eastern Australia. The eggs of each species were found to be clearly distinguishable on the basis of chorionic sculpturing.

A revision of Australian Gripopterygidae (Insecta : Plecoptera)
Australian Journal of Zoology Supplementary Series, 1971Twenty new species of gripopterygids are described and revised descriptions of some known species are given. Four new species are assigned to Leptoperla Newman, while four species previously in that genus plus nine new species are assigned to three new genera Newmanoperla, Cardiopevla, and Riekoperla.
