PBRM1 Deficiency Reshapes an Immune Suppressive Microenvironment Through Epigenetic Tuning of PBRM1‐KDM5C‐IL6 Axis in ccRCC

PBRM1 ranks as the second most commonly mutated gene in ccRCC. This study reveals that PBRM1 loss promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment by elevating M2 TAMs via the KDM5C–IL‐6 axis. MDP25‐VDAC3 Complex Orchestrates Actin Remodeling and Mitochondrial Dynamics to Modulate Innate Immunity in Arabidopsis

IL4I1⁺ Macrophages and TDO2⁺ Myofibroblasts Drive AhR‐Mediated Immunosuppression and Ferroptosis Resistance in Solid Predominant Lung Adenocarcinoma

Nap1l4a is required in erythropoiesis and hypoxia responses via physical interaction with Klf1 and Scl to recruit the histone variant H2A.Z. This facilitates its associated cis‐regulatory element (CRE) remodeling and the consequent chromatin assembly, and activates the transcription of erythroid lineage‐specific genes.
