ABSTRACT Background Establishing a comprehensive apheresis medicine program in a resource‐constrained setting presents significant structural, financial, and logistical challenges. Despite the growing clinical importance of apheresis services globally, published experience from sub‐Saharan Africa remains sparse.

Modeling of building structures when transferring dynamic effects through the soil mass
Factors influenced on strength parameters of constructions of exploiting buildings in difficult engineergeological conditions are analysed. Influence of dynamic forces, including forces from a public transport on the exploiting building is shown.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Conversational Grounding: Annotation and Analysis of Grounding Acts and Grounding Units
Successful conversations often rest on common understanding, where all parties are on the same page about the information being shared. This process, known as conversational grounding, is crucial for building trustworthy dialog systems that can accurately keep track of and recall the shared information.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

THE CONDITIONS OF DIFFUSIONAL RADON INPUT INTO BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES
A lot of investigations have been devoted to the studying of radon entry mechanisms into the buildings. However, there isn't established position to the dominant mechanism of radon transport. The reason of experimental data inconsistency is a significant

On measuring grounding and generalizing grounding problems
The symbol grounding problem asks how tokens like cat can be about cats, as opposed to mere shapes manipulated in a calculus. We recast grounding from a binary judgment into an audit across desiderata, each indexed by an evaluation tuple (context, meaning type, threat model, reference distribution): authenticity (mechanisms reside inside the agent and,
