An Integrated DNA Nanoprobe for Intranuclear Imaging and in Situ Profiling of OGG1 Activity
The TP‐SA nanoprobe, integrating an AS1411 aptamer for nuclear delivery and a FRET array for signal amplification, enables real‐time tracking of nuclear OGG1 activity. It reveals cell‐line‐specific basal OGG1 levels and shows clinical promise using pneumonia patients’ lavage fluid.

Truffes Detection Using Ground Penetration Radar
Honaz Mountain (Denizli-SW Turkey) has a mild and humid climate and it produces a rich flora in the area. As a natural consequence thereof, the study area offers a rich mushroom potential that is a rising economic value. In recent years, Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) is a relatively modern and effective and widely utilized technique for shallow ...

Single‐cell RNA sequencing verified the presence of the VIM+ biliary epithelial cell (BEC) in the bile ducts of NAS patients. The hypoxia/TGF‐β‐CREM‐VIM axis mediated phenotypic switch toward VIM+ BEC is validated using a hypoxia/TGF‐β‐stimulated cellular model, a rat liver transplantation model, BEC‐specific Crem conditional knockout rats, and BEC ...

Rare‐earth catalysts regulate lithium–sulfur battery chemistry through f‐orbital–mediated interactions, enabling simultaneous polysulfide adsorption and catalytic conversion on conductive carbon hosts. This synergistic control suppresses the shuttle effect, accelerates redox kinetics, and guides stable Li2S nucleation, providing a mechanistic framework

The widespread use of ground penetrating radar (GPR) with a mixture of success and failure has Led to a greater understanding of where GPR is likely to work and where it won't. The ability to quantitative/y predict and emulate the response of simple targets has been needed for some time and is now easily achieved with simple PC programs.

This paper illustrates a knowledge‐augmented dual‐track AI framework for advanced superalloy design. First, Large Language Models translate metallurgical heuristics into explicit rules to rapidly prune a vast compositional search space. Subsequently, LLM‐distilled priors safely guide a reinforcement learning agent during autonomous process optimization,
