Scalable Engineering of Bio‐Manufactured Extracellular Vesicles for Selective Delivery in Ovarian Cancer Patient‐Derived Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered extracellular vesicles displaying Ephrin‐B2 selectively target Ephrin‐B4–expressing ovarian cancer cells, enabling precise delivery in patient‐derived models. This scalable bio‐manufacturing platform reveals a versatile strategy to exploit Ephrin signaling for highly specific therapeutic payload delivery and motivates exploration of tailored

Ground Settlements and Dewatering

2021
The excavation process causes unloading in the surrounding soil and ground settlement. Unfavorable ground movements result in detrimental effects on adjacent infrastructures, such as buildings, pipelines, roads, bridges, and tunnels.

Estimating liquefaction-induced ground settlements from CPT for level ground

Canadian Geotechnical Journal, 2002
An integrated approach to estimate liquefaction-induced ground settlements using CPT data for sites with level ground is presented. The approach combines an existing CPT-based method to estimate liquefaction resistance with laboratory test results on clean sand to evaluate the liquefaction-induced volumetric strains for sandy and silty soils.
