Effect of grid spacing on the inductance of ground grids
IEEE 1991 International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, 2002The effect of grid spacing on the inductances of various paths on a printed circuit board (PCB) is investigated numerically. Partial inductances of the various segments of the paths and the ground grid are incorporated into a lumped model which is solved for the currents using the mesh current method.

Resistance to ground and mesh voltages of ground grids
Proceedings of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, 1979The paper presents the results of a digital analysis of a wide set of square and rectangular grounding grids. The diagrams for grid resistances and mesh voltage factors are displayed appropriate for practical design purposes. Simple approximate formulas for both grid parameters considered are also proposed, providing a fair estimation of the parameters.
