ABSTRACT Blinatumomab has been shown to be highly effective for patients with pediatric B‐ALL and has recently become standard of care therapy. Due to its past use in the clinical trial setting, there is limited information available about real‐world administration.

Quantum supergroups V. Braid group action
We construct a braid group action on quantum covering groups. We further use this action to construct a PBW basis for the positive half in finite type which is pairwise-orthogonal under the inner product.

Clinical Insights Into Hypercalcemia of Malignancy in Childhood
ABSTRACT Hypercalcemia of malignancy (HCM) is a rare but life‐threatening metabolic emergency in children that occurs in less than 1% of pediatric cancer cases, with a reported incidence ranging from 0.4% to 1.0% across different studies. While it is observed in 10%–20% of adult malignancies, pediatric HCM remains relatively uncommon.

$G$-deviations of polygons and their applications in Electric Power Engineering
For any metric space $X$ endowed with the action of a group $G$, and two $n$-gons $\vec x=(x_1,\dots,x_n)\in X^n$ and $\vec y=(y_1,\dots,y_n)\in X^n$ in $X$, we introduce the $G$-deviation $d(G\vec x,\vec y\,)$ of $\vec x$ from $\vec y$ as the distance ...

Braid Group Action and Quantum Affine Algebras
We lift the lattice of translations in the extended affine Weyl group to a braid group action on the quantum affine algebra. This action fixes the Heisenberg subalgebra pointwise. Loop like generators are found for the algebra which satisfy the relations

ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

G-Hypergroups: Hypergroups with a Group-Isomorphic Heart
Hypergroups can be subdivided into two large classes: those whose heart coincide with the entire hypergroup and those in which the heart is a proper sub-hypergroup. The latter class includes the family of 1-hypergroups, whose heart reduces to a singleton,

Ring extensions invariant under group action [PDF]
Let $G$ be a subgroup of the automorphism group of a commutative ring with identity $T$. Let $R$ be a subring of $T$ such that $R$ is invariant under the action by $G$.
