A new look at C*-simplicity and the unique trace property of a group
We characterize when the reduced C*-algebra of a group has unique tracial state, respectively, is simple, in terms of Dixmier-type properties of the group C*-algebra.

The inhibitory immune checkpoints HLA‐G and CD47 are expressed on certain tumor types and inhibit immune cells in the tumor microenvironment. DSP216 binds specifically to cancer cells expressing both HLA‐G and CD47, and blocks their inhibitory signaling.

Quantization of the Algebra of Chord Diagrams
In this paper we define an algebra structure on the vector space $L(\Sigma)$ generated by links in the manifold $\Sigma \times [0,1]$ where $\Sigma $ is an oriented surface. This algebra has a filtration and the associated graded algebra $L_{Gr}(\Sigma)$

Abstract Despite extensive modeling efforts in extraction research, transient column models are rarely applied in industry due to concerns regarding parameter identifiability and model reliability. To address this, we analyzed uncertainty propagation from estimated parameters in a previously introduced column model and assessed identifiability via ill ...

Formality properties of finitely generated groups and Lie algebras
We explore the graded and filtered formality properties of finitely generated groups by studying the various Lie algebras over a field of characteristic 0 attached to such groups, including the Malcev Lie algebra, the associated graded Lie algebra, the ...

ALGEBRAIC QUANTUM PERMUTATION GROUPS [PDF]
We discuss some algebraic aspects of quantum permutation groups, working over arbitrary fields. If 𝕂 is any characteristic zero field, we show that there exists a universal cosemisimple Hopf algebra coacting on the diagonal algebra 𝕂n: this is a refinement of Wang's universality theorem for the (compact) quantum permutation group.

This article investigates how persistent homology, persistent Laplacians, and persistent commutative algebra reveal complementary geometric, topological, and algebraic invariants or signatures of real‐world data. By analyzing shapes, synthetic complexes, fullerenes, and biomolecules, the article shows how these mathematical frameworks enhance ...

Generalized Reed-Solomon codes over number fields and exact gradient coding
This paper describes generalized Reed-Solomon (GRS) codes over number fields that are invariant under certain permutations. We call these codes generalized quasi-cyclic (GQC) GRS codes.

$\mathcal{T}_{M}$-Amenability of Banach Algebras [PDF]
We introduce the notions of $\mathcal{T}_{M}$-amenability and $\phi$-$\mathcal{T}_{M}$-amenability. Then, we characterize $\phi$-$\mathcal{T}_{M}$-amenability in terms of $WAP$-diagonals and $\phi$-invariant means. Some concrete cases are also discussed.

Set L≔H4⊗ℂR, R≔ℂt±1, and S≔ℂt±1/mm∈ℤ+. Then, L is called the loop Nappi–Witten Lie algebra. R-isomorphism classes of S/R forms of L are classified. The automorphism group and the derivation algebra of L are also characterized.
