Thermal and thermodynamic data concerning the selenites from group IB in the periodic table

Thermochimica Acta, 1984
Abstract The thermal dehydration of CuSeO 3 ·2 H 2 O, and the thermal dissociation of CuSeO 3 and Ag 2 SeO 3 are studied. The mechanism of these processes is suggested. The heats of phase transitions and the specific heats of the corresponding compounds are determined.

Thermal and thermodynamic properties of the selenites of the elements from group IV in the periodic table

Thermochimica Acta, 1989
Abstract The conditions necessary for the formation of basic lead selenites which result from the thermal dissociation of PbSeO 3 were investigated, as well as their thermodynamic properties.

Electrical conductivity of polycrystals of nitrites of metals from the 1A group of the Periodic Table

Soviet Physics Journal, 1971
In the process of research [1], a study was made of electrical conductivity of polycrystals of the nitrites of lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, and cesium, as a function of temperature from −150 °C to their melting points: 222, 438, 283, 422, and 400 ° C, respectively.

Advances in polymerization catalysts based on 4 and 5F groups of periodic table

Inorganica Chimica Acta, 1984
Abstract So far, in the development of new catalyst systems, the attention of chemists has been customarily addressed to catalyst activity, regio and stereospecificity. Nowadays, the impact of catalyst systems on other aspects of a chemical process has to be taken in due account, in relation to the increased cost of raw materials and energy.

The Hydrophobicity of Doped Graphene by the Fourth Group Elements of the Periodic Table: Theoretical and Computational Studies

The Journal of Physical Chemistry C, 2019
Doping is usually considered as a common approach for improving properties of substances. Theoretical studies on graphene show that doping can effectively change the electrical properties of graphene, and it causes the graphene to behave like a metal or a semiconductor.

Electric-polarization and structure of molecular complexes of the metallic halides of group II of the periodic table

Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1964
Dielectric measurements have been made on a number of molecular complexes of beryllium, zinc, cadmium and mercuric halides. The polarizations observed have been interpreted in terms of a tetrahedral configuration for the undissociated beryllium, zinc and cadmium halide complexes.
