The Z‐type heterojunction catalyst, NiMoO4@α‐MnO2, synthesized by a hydrothermal method, was able to enhance charge transport, pollutant concentration, and solar energy uptake, as well as to promote the generation of the active species, ·O2− and ·OH, leading to excellent PEC performance.

Heart failure (HF) with supranormal ejection fraction (HFsnEF) is an unnoticed but emerging entity in HF. This study showed that HFsnEF carries a similarly increased cardiovascular risk as HF with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and distinct structural and proteomic characteristics from HFrEF, warranting a further comprehensive understanding and ...

ABSTRACT The first patent to describe dielectrophoresis (DEP) as a means and process to separate particles from a mixture was granted by the US Patent Office to Henry Stafford Hatfield in 1924. The novel methods of sample preparation and designs of electrode geometry covered by the patent's disclosures and claims describe the basis for most present‐day

eCherry: A Modelica Library for Modular Dynamic Modelling of Electrochemical Reactors
ABSTRACT Electrochemical reactors offer promising pathways for defossilizing the chemical industry. To understand the operation as well as to evaluate and optimise their performance and efficiency, modelling presents a crucial tool. Currently, no comprehensive open‐source library for dynamic modelling of electrochemical reactors exists, and instead ...

Fleet‐Based Degradation State Quantification for Industrial Water Electrolyzers
ABSTRACT A reliable and continuous assessment of the degradation state of industrial water electrolyzers is crucial for maintenance planning and dispatch optimization, thus facilitating risk management for both suppliers and operators. Although voltage is a widely used and easily measurable degradation indicator, its effectiveness is compromised in ...

A Type‐3 Fuzzy‐Based Model Predictive Control Approach for Management of Constant Energy
Application of the type‐3 fuzzy logic system (T3‐FLS) for management of constant energy and a comparison with the type‐2 fuzzy logic system. ABSTRACT Despite direct current (DC) microgrids' benefits over alternating current microgrids, these systems confront several difficulties.
