What Reasoning Do Frontline Professionals Use Around Citizen‐Clients' Socioeconomic Status: Exploring the Mechanisms

open access: yesPublic Administration, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines socioeconomic status (SES) as an indicator for decision‐making among frontline professionals in healthcare, focusing on general practitioners (GPs). Aside from research on stereotypes, we know little about how frontline professionals reason about SES in decision‐making. This study addresses this gap by investigating how GPs

Evolution of Haplosyllis (Syllidae, Annelida) With Emphasis on the Indo‐Pacific Region and the djiboutiensis Species Complex

open access: yesZoologica Scripta, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Haplosyllis is a worldwide distributed genus of marine annelids, commonly associated with other invertebrates. Its characteristic simple bidentate chaetae have often led to mistakes in estimating the real diversity of the genus. Currently, Haplosyllis includes 38 species, nearly half of which inhabit the Indo‐West Pacific (IPW).

Inhibition of ErbB2 mitigates secondary denervation after traumatic muscle injury

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract figure legend Our study evaluated the therapeutic potential of ErbB2 inhibition (Herceptin) after volumetric muscle loss (VML) injury, primarily evaluating improvements at the neuromuscular junctions (NMJ). A full thickness model of VML injury to the tibialis anterior muscle of adult Lewis rats was used, and treatments included Herceptin, a ...

Statistical Analysis of the Warm Plasma Cloak in the Dayside Magnetosphere: 9 Years of MMS Observations

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 52, Issue 13, 16 July 2025.
Abstract The warm plasma cloak (WPC) is a plasma population located in the outer magnetosphere. It is composed primarily of electrons and H+ ${\mathrm{H}}^{+}$ ions with energies of tens to hundreds electronvolts and can contain significant amounts of O+ ${\mathrm{O}}^{+}$. We conduct a statistical survey of the WPC using 9 years of observations in the

Ice cover and partner removal increase movements of invasive mesopredator in the coastal island mosaic

open access: yesEcological Solutions and Evidence, Volume 6, Issue 3, July/September 2025.
Ice cover increases inter‐island movements of raccoon dogs, and partner removal as a management action increases the movement of raccoon dogs during the critical avian nesting season. Both need to be considered when managing invasive species in the island mosaic.
