Guayule Seed Production, Harvesting and Processing

Guayule (Parthenium argentatum Gray) is a source of high quality low-allergenic natural rubber. The effort to commercialise this plant has intensified in the last decade. That guayule can survive extreme environmental conditions makes it more attractive to farmers, especially under conditions of moisture stress.
