An Improvement on Remote User Authentication Schemes Using Smart Cards
In 2010, Yeh et al. proposed two robust remote user authentication schemes using smart cards; their claims were such that their schemes defended against ID-theft attacks, reply attacks, undetectable on-line password guessing attacks, off-line password ...

Calibration‐Free Electromyography Motor Intent Decoding Using Large‐Scale Supervised Pretraining
Calibration‐free electromyography motor intent decoding is enabled through large‐scale supervised pretraining across heterogeneous datasets. A Spatially Aware Feature‐learning Transformer processes variable channel counts and electrode geometries, allowing transfer across users and recording setups. On a held‐out benchmark, fine‐tuned cross‐user models

The approach of physical in materia computing incorporates parallel computing within the medium itself. A scalable and energy‐efficient, oxide‐based computational platform is realized in form of a nanoporous network of volatile niobium oxide memristors sandwiched between top and bottom metallic electrodes, and then tested for prediction and ...

The pursuit‐evasion game is studied for two adversarial active agents, modeled as deterministic self‐steering pursuer and stochastic, cognitive evader. For a successful evasion strategy, the motile target has to exploit all available pursuer information, e.g., by tuning the tumbling frequency with the pursuer distance.

Circulant Digraphs with Larger Linear Guessing Number and Smaller Degree
The guessing number of a digraph is a new invariant in graph theory raised by S. Riis in 2006 and based on its applications in network coding and boolean circuit complexity theory. In this paper, we present the lower and upper bounds on a guessing number
