The Role of D-Wave Monitoring in Motor-Evoked Potential Loss During Intramedullary Spinal Cord Tumors Resection [PDF]
Objective Motor-evoked potential (MEP) loss during intramedullary (IM) spinal cord tumor surgery impairs the ability to monitor further neural injury. Direct wave (D-wave) monitoring may allow continued assessment of corticospinal tract integrity after ...

Chiral SURMOFs for Vibrational Circular Dichroism: Multiscale Modeling and Experimental Insights
The use of solid‐state vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) for MOFs is still somewhat unexplored, and in this work, it is shown that chiral surface‐anchored MOFs (SURMOFs) grown on CaF2 provide an excellent platform for VCD. Experimental results are validated through multiscale modeling, showing strong agreement across multiple spectroscopic ...

Scalable Thermal Engineering via Femtosecond Laser‐Direct‐Written Phononic Nanostructures
This study demonstrates that femtosecond laser‐induced periodic surface structures (fs‐LIPSS) can function as phononic metasurfaces, reducing thermal conductivity below the plain thin‐film limit. Phonon Monte Carlo analysis reveals that the periodic structures restrict phonon mean free paths.

Stacking‐Engineered Magnonic Topology and Transport in Honeycomb Homobilayers
ABSTRACT Topological magnons have emerged as a promising platform for dissipationless bosonic transport. However, a straightforward and effective strategy to engineer such topological states in real materials has yet to be fully realized. Here, a general scheme for controlling magnonic topological states via stacking engineering in van der Waals ...
