The study framework for exploring microbial community assembly and community stability of biosynthesis gene cluster (BGC)‐containing species under thermal stress (20°C–65°C) during 39 days of spontaneous fermentation. Temperature gradients during spontaneous fermentation reshape microbial community assembly, driving pronounced succession in both ...

Ichthyosaur from Guizhou, China
A new ichthyosaur is named and described on the basis of two well-preserved skeletons from the Late Triassic Wayao Member of Falang Formation, Guizhou Province, southwestern China. The specimens represent a longipinnate ichthyosaur with a set of characters transitional from the Triassic forms to the Jurassic forms. It is similar to shastasaurids of the

BIOME cohort: Multi‐system microbiome dynamics and clinical outcomes in massive burn injury patients
Massive burn injuries (MBIs) are associated with high mortality and disability rates, primarily due to microbial‐driven sepsis from extensive skin barrier loss and subsequent scar formation. This makes MBI a compelling model for studying multi‐system microbial dysbiosis following skin barrier destruction.

Curcuminoids amplify host innate antiviral immunity via the CRYAB‐RBM26 axis in viral infection
DMC/CUR antagonize viral hijacking of host nucleic acid resources and finely regulate the induction and effector phases of the type I interferon (IFN‐I) pathway through the CRYAB‐RBM26 axis. This molecular axis serves as a key downstream regulator for DMC/CUR activation of the IFN‐I pathway.

Genomic Sequencing and Analysis of New Variants of Enzootic Nasal Tumour Virus Type 2 Revealed Recombination Events between Different Sublineages. [PDF]
The strains from sublineages 1.5 and 1.2 may be promoting the emergence of new strains of ENTV‐2 in China. Recombination drives ENTV‐2's rapid evolution . ABSTRACT In recent years, multiple regions in China have experienced an increase in the occurrence of enzootic nasal tumour virus type 2 (ENTV‐2) infections. This research highlights the initial full
