Successful surgical treatment of penetrating brain gunshot wound with venous sinus damage

These are 7 observations of penetrating gunshot brain wounds with damage to venous sinuses sustained were described. Superior sagittal sinus injuries were most frequent (6 cases). Straight (tentorial) sinus injury occurred in one case.
