Habitat‐based spatial patterns enable realistic reconstruction of plant spatial arrangements across complex landscapes

Understanding Light‐Soaking Effects in Silicon Solar Cells by Considering Charge Carrier‐Enhanced Atomic Hydrogen Release

We show that many hydrogen‐related effects in silicon solar cells can be explained by direct electron‐assisted acceptor‐hydrogen pair dissociation. Most importantly, it leads to a high concentration of atomic hydrogen, which is highly reactive and diffusive. We provide a unified physical description of LeTID.
