4D-GWR: geographically, altitudinal, and temporally weighted regression

Neural Computing and Applications, 2022
Geographically weighted regression (GWR) models varying relationships and is a local spatial regression approach. It has been used in several application domains, such as meteorology, environmental management, ecology, etc. The datasets collected in these applications include spatial (latitude, longitude), altitudinal, and temporal nonstationarities ...

2SLS estimation for the GWR-SL model

Proceedings 2011 International Conference on Transportation, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering (TMEE), 2011
This paper set up a 2SLS framework to estimate and infer GWR-SL model (Geographically Weighted Regression with Spatially Lagged Objective Variable Model). 2SLS estimates can effectively reduce the computational complexity, and solved the unknown error distribution restrictions, expanding the GWR-SL model's estimation method.

Multivariate Kernels in GWR Model to Identify Climatic Micro-Basins

2011 International Conference on Management and Service Science, 2011
The aim of this work is to quantify the effect of temperature and precipitation on Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). The relations between variables are analysed at the local level by estimating three GWR models. In an innovative way we apply some multivariate kernels to GWR models to better understand and examine the effect of spatial ...
