Some novel inequalities involving Atangana-Baleanu fractional integral operators and applications
As we know, Atangana and Baleanu developed great fractional integral operators which used the generalized Mittag-Leffler function as non-local and non-singular kernel.

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

Confirmation of Lagrange Hypothesis for Twisted Elastic Rod
The history of structural optimization as an exact science begins possibly with the celebrated Lagrange problem: to find a curve which by its revolution about an axis in its plane determines the rod of greatest efficiency.

On unique solvability of nonlocal drift-diffusion type problems [PDF]
We prove global existence and uniqueness of bounded weak solutions to Cauchy--Neumann problems for degenerate parabolic equations with drift terms determined by integral equations instead of by elliptic boundary problems as in the corresponding local ...

Neural Network Adaptive Control With Long Short‐Term Memory
ABSTRACT In this study, we propose a novel adaptive control architecture that provides dramatically better transient response performance compared to conventional adaptive control methods. This is accomplished by the synergistic employment of a traditional adaptive neural network (ANN) controller and a long short‐term memory (LSTM) network.

This study employs a CFD model to simulate laser cutting of copper current collectors used for Li‐Ion battery production. This model predicts cut edge quality by assessing the influence of power, scanner speed, and foil thickness. Defects are classified and an optimal working area is found.

On an isolation and a generalization of Hölder's inequality
We generalize the well-known Hölder inequality and give a condition at which the equality holds.

Optimal mass transport and functional inequalities [PDF]
We formulate the optimal transportation problem, first with Monge's original question and then with Kantorovich's approach. We state Brenier's theorem and qe define fully-nonlinear Monge-Ampère type of partial differential equations.

ESTIMATION OF THE CENTRAL MOMENTS OF A RANDOM VECTOR BASED ON THE DEFINITION OF THE POWER OF A VECTOR [PDF]
The moments of a random vector based on the definition of the power of a vector, proposed by J. Tatar, are scalar and vector characteristics of a multivariate distribution.

Preparing Magnon–Photon Pairs in a Cavity–Magnon–Qubit System
By utilizing the photon blockade effect, hybrid magnon–photon quantum states are prepared in a cavity–magnon–qubit system. Through the analysis of correlation functions, the generated magnon–photon pairs are shown to exhibit high purity and strong correlations.
