Dynamic Tuning of Plasmonic Hot‐Spot Generation through Cilia‐Inspired Magnetic Actuators
Realizing the optimal structural configuration for hot‐spot generation is the key parameter for achieving large electromagnetic field enhancements in plasmonic applications. We demonstrate that soft magnetic actuators enable dynamic tuning of the highly accessible hot‐spot generations.

Abstract A novel asymmetric double image encryption technique is introduced to protect the algorithm from the interlopers by using hybrid chaotic structured phase masks in Arnold and Fresnel transforms. Mostly random phase masks are used routinely in many algorithms which are not strong against many attacks.
