ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

Wave function of the sexaquark or compact H-dibaryon
We derive and explicitly display the internal wave function of a color-, flavor- and spin- singlet dibaryon composed of uuddss quarks in a spatially symmetric state, in the approximation of exact SU(3) flavor symmetry.

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Wilms tumour (WT) has excellent event‐free and overall survival (OS). However, small differences exist between countries participating in the same international study. This led us to examine variation in adherence to protocol recommendations as a potential contributing factor.

ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

ABSTRACT Purpose Although not always achieved, complete chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) control is the conventional goal of CINV prophylaxis. In this two‐center, mixed‐methods study, we sought to understand the preferences of adolescent patients and family caregivers for CINV control endpoints.

Dual integral equations with Fox's H-function kernel
The dual integral equations involving Bessel function kernels were first considered by Weber in 1873. The problem comprised of finding potential of an electrified disc which belongs to a general category of mixed boundary value problems.

Intravitreal GD2‐Specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor T‐Cell Therapy for Refractory Retinoblastoma
ABSTRACT Effective treatments for advanced, treatment‐resistant retinoblastoma (RB) remain limited. GD2‐specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells show potent antitumor activity with minimal toxicity but have not previously been evaluated in RB.

On Estimation of the Bullen-Mercer Inequality for Several Classes [PDF]
This study establishes Bullen-Mercer type inequalities for $h$-convex functions that use Riemann-Liouville fractional operators. The subject matter is a novel fractional version of the existing Bullen-Mercer type inequalities, with simple computations ...

A new way of obtaining analytic approximations of Chandrasekhar’s H function [PDF]
Applying the mean value theorem for definite integrals in the non-linear integral equation for Chandrasekhar’s H function describing conservative isotropic scattering, we have derived a new, simple analytic approximation for it, with a maximal relative ...
