A basic analogue of H-function of two variables
In course of an attempt to unify and extend the results of basic hypergeometric functions, the authors define a basic analogue of H-function of two variables and investigate some of its man properties.

Reducible H-functions of two variables
A reduction formula for certain H-funtions of two variables to H-functions of one variable is obtained. A special case is the known reduction formula for Appell's funcrions F2 the Gauss function 2F1.
