On the Specificity of Reactions Catalysed by the Antibody H11

open access: yesTetrahedron, 2000
The substrate specificity and the stereochemical course of the reactions catalysed by the antibody H11 (which was raised to a protein conjugated derivative of the adduct of 1-acetoxy-buta-1,3-diene 1) have been investigated. The antibody shows high selectivity for acetoxybutadiene which it hydrolyses to the corresponding dienol, the major diene ...

Catalytic Properties of the Antibody H11

open access: yesIsrael Journal of Chemistry, 1996
AbstractThe catalytic activity of the antibody H11 is shown to reside chiefly in its ability to hydrolyze 1‐acetoxybutadiene to crotonaldehyde and to promote the cycloaddition of the intermediate enol with N‐alkylmaleimides. This conclusion is based upon the demonstration that the enol tautomerizes too rapidly in solution to be a competent intermediate

Interlayer-free laser coating of AISI H11 tool steel for H11/Cu composite material [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Laser Applications
Copper-based materials in combination with steels are of great interest for various applications in industry, such as tool manufacture, due to their high thermal conductivity. Additive manufacturing (AM) is beneficial for both tailored part geometry and customized material design.
