In this Phase 1 study, linaprazan glurate (LG) demonstrated rapid onset of intragastric acid suppression, achieving a pH > 4 within 10 to 60 min, and maintained pH control, with a 24‐h pH > 4 holding time ratio above 95% at 50 mg and 75 mg twice‐daily doses. AUC and Cmax of linaprazan, the main metabolite of LG, increased in proportion to LG dose.

NESTED POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION FOR DETECTION OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI IN GASTRIC BIOPSY SPECIMENS
. Sensitivity and specificity are important for tests used to defect Helicobacter pylori infection from gastric biopsy specimens. Molecular methods, such as PCR and nested PCR, are sensitive methods for H. pylori detection.

In this randomized, double‐blind trial in Mexican adults with erosive oesophagitis, tegoprazan did not significantly improve the primary 4‐week ITT healing endpoint versus pantoprazole (88.9% vs. 79.4%; p = 0.33), but produced faster symptom improvement. Encouraging per‐protocol and severe‐oesophagitis findings warrant confirmation.

Long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs), a broad class of non‐protein‐coding RNAs, are characterized as new regulators of gene expression at the epigenetic, transcriptional, and post‐transcriptional level. Thus, lncRNAs are involved in the regulation of physiological processes and the development of human diseases and cancer by modulating proinflammatory ...

scRNA‐Seq in Gastric Cancer Reveals Macrophage‐Derived C1q as a Diagnostic Marker
Single‐cell sequencing of GC analyzed the tumor microenvironment and discovered the C1QA+ TAMs subpopulation with immunosuppressive function. The role of C1q in the prognosis and diagnosis of GC was demonstrated through plasma and tumor tissue from the GC cohort.
