Brainstem Astrocytes Regulate Estrus-Dependent Oscillations in Food Intake. [PDF]

open access: yesJ Neurochem
DVC astrocytes regulate food intake and caloric balance via modulation of NMDA receptor‐mediated glutamatergic signaling to brainstem DMV motoneurons. In female rats, GFAP‐IR intensity and astrocyte morphological complexity increased during periods of high estrogen levels when food intake was decreased, and chemogenetic manipulation of DVC astrocytes ...

Convolutional recurrent U-net for cardiac cine MRI reconstruction via effective spatio-temporal feature exploitation. [PDF]

open access: yesMed Phys
Abstract Background Cardiac Cine Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) provides dynamic visualization of the heart's structure and function but is hindered by slow acquisition, requiring repeated breath‐holds that challenge sick patients. Accelerated imaging can mitigate these issues but potentially reduce spatial and temporal resolution.

Algoritma Haar Cascade Deteksi WajahMenggunakan Phyton

open access: yesJUKOMIKA (Jurnal Ilmu Komputer dan Informatika), 2023
The face is one of the body parts that exist in humans which is often used as a sign of identification between one person and another, so the face can be said to be a unique thing because it has differences. With these differences, faces are often used as a marker of self-identity so that they can be recognized by others.

The Cascading Haar Wavelet Algorithm for Computing the Walsh–Hadamard Transform [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Signal Processing Letters, 2017
We propose a novel algorithm for computing the Walsh-Hadamard Transform (WHT) which consists entirely of Haar wavelet transforms. We prove that the algorithm, which we call the Cascading Haar Wavelet (CHW) algorithm, shares precisely the same serial complexity as the popular divide-and-conquer algorithm for the WHT.
