Proceedings 1997 27th International Symposium on Multiple- Valued Logic, 2002
Relationship of the recently introduced family of unified complex Hadamard transforms with other transforms used in binary and multiple-valued logic design are investigated in this paper. All the complex Hadamard matrices can be generated by a common unifying formula presented here.

The quadrature method for Hadamard finite-part integral on a circle is discussed and the emphasis is placed on the pointwise superconvergence phenomenon of the composite trapezoidal rule, i.e. when the singular point coincides with some a priori known points, the accuracy can be better than what is globally possible. The existence and uniqueness of the

NTSC interframe direct coding scheme by composite motion compensation on hadamard transform
Electronics and Communications in Japan (Part I: Communications), 1995AbstractAs a highly efficient coding scheme for the TV signal, the component coding based on the motion‐compensation DCT is employed widely because of its high coding efficiency. On the other hand, the TV signals in the studio in the broadcast station, etc., are based mostly on the composite TV signal configuration including NTSC.

Since differential-pulse-code modulation (DPCM) and orthogonal transform coding (OTC) are the most fundamental methods of high-efficiency coding (bit-reduction method), it is important to clarify the basic coding characteristics of these methods and the difference between them in order to utilize the bit-reduction method effectively.

Difference Equations and Hadamard Composition of Multiple Power Series
The sufficient conditions are given for the coefficients of two power series, which ensure the rationality of their Hadamard composition. Under certain additional constraints, the existence of a system of polynomial difference equations, satisfied by the coefficients of the composition, is ...Leinartas, Evgeny D. +1 more
