A study of haemolysis in Wilson's disease
Journal of the Neurological Sciences, 1972Abstract This study aimed at explaining the cause of haemolysis in Wilson's disease by means of basic serological tests and selected biochemical tests. Thirty patients with Wilson's disease were investigated. It was concluded that the phenomenon of autoimmunisation is not responsible for haemolysis.
