In planta analysis of the mode of action of cinmethylin and confirmation of fatty acyl‐ACP thioesterases (FATs) as primary site of action. Cinmethylin inhibits FATs, disrupting eukaryotic de novo lipid biosynthesis and causing defects in cell division, elongation and integrity. We confirm FATs as the primary site of action in planta.

Mechanistic Evaluation of Luteolin in Wound Healing of Diabetic Foot Ulcer via Nrf2 Signaling

Proposed mechanism by which Luteolin (LU) promotes diabetic foot ulcer healing. LU attenuates hyperglycemia‐induced oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation, improves endothelial cell viability, and suppresses ferroptosis through Nrf2‐dependent antioxidant signaling, thereby accelerating angiogenesis and wound repair. Scale dependence of the marine atmospheric boundary‐layer response to ocean surface‐temperature variability in the EUREC4$$ {\mathrm{EUREC}}^4 $$A region

With a minimal physics model and a high‐resolution fully 3D simulation, we demonstrate that the marine atmospheric boundary layer (MABL) response to sea‐surface temperature (SST) variability displays a dependence on the horizontal scales of motion.

Unraveling Pathway Complexity in Photoreversible Supramolecular Hydrogels: Real‐Time Visualization and Sub‐Micrometric Photopatterning

This research demonstrates real‐time visualization of supramolecular sol‐gel transitions using Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy (FLIM). By leveraging 5D visualization, integrating 3D space, time, and polarity resolution, we achieved maskless sub‐micrometric photopatterning within the gel matrix.

A Triangulenum‐Based Biosensor Platform for Mapping Kinase Activity in T Cells

Novel peptide biosensors based on long‐lifetime triangulenium dyes are developed for the real‐time, non‐invasive mapping of Akt1 and Src kinase activities in living cells. Utilizing FLIM microscopy, these highly specific, biocompatible probes overcome cellular autofluorescence.
