2014Haldun Taner who became prominent in our literature of Republic Period was known especially with his theater works and short stories. In the certain part of Taner’s short stories, it is seen that he tended towards the world of artists and explained their inner world. He also revealed relationships of artists with other artists and society.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO TURKISH DICTIONARY FROM HALDUN TANER’S STORIES
2014This article focuses on the elements that Haldun Taner gained to the vocabulary of Turkish language by his stories. The study consists of twenty nine words, geminations and idioms. Firstly, his stories have been read in this context. Then, the words and word groups not found in Turkish Dictionary but can be taken into it have been identified.
