New Oscillation Conditions for Second Order Half-Linear Advanced Difference Equations
This paper aims to establish adequate conditions that are intended for the oscillation of every solution of the second order advanced type half-linear difference equations with noncanonical form.

A nodal domain theorem and a higher-order Cheeger inequality for the graph $p$-Laplacian [PDF]
We consider the nonlinear graph $p$-Laplacian and its set of eigenvalues and associated eigenfunctions of this operator defined by a variational principle. We prove a nodal domain theorem for the graph $p$-Laplacian for any $p\geq 1$. While for $p>1$ the

Approximation properties of the $q$-sine bases
For $q>12/11$ the eigenfunctions of the non-linear eigenvalue problem associated to the one-dimensional $q$-Laplacian are known to form a Riesz basis of $L^2(0,1)$. We examine in this paper the approximation properties of this family of functions and its

β‐TrCP overexpression enhances cisplatin sensitivity by depleting BRCA1
Low levels of β‐TrCP (Panel A) allow the accumulation of BRCA1 and CtIP, which facilitate the repair of cisplatin‐induced DNA damage via homologous recombination (HR) and promote tumor cell survival. In contrast, high β‐TrCP expression (Panel B) leads to BRCA1 and CtIP degradation, impairing HR repair, resulting in persistent DNA damage and apoptosis ...

PARP inhibitors are used to treat a small subset of prostate cancer patients. These studies reveal that PARP1 activity and expression are different between European American and African American prostate cancer tissue samples. Additionally, different PARP inhibitors cause unique and overlapping transcriptional changes, notably, p53 pathway upregulation.

Oscillatory Behavior of Second-Order Half-Linear Neutral Differential Equations with Damping
This paper discusses the oscillatory behavior of solutions to a class of secondorder half-linear neutral differential equations with a damping term. Some new sufficient conditions for all solutions to be oscillatory are given.

Power comparison theorems in half-linear oscillation theory
We compare oscillatory behavior of two half-linear differential equations with different powers by the homogeneous functions appearing in these equations. Our results generalize and extend several previously proved power comparison theorems.

Bridging the gap: Multi‐stakeholder perspectives of molecular diagnostics in oncology
Although molecular diagnostics is transforming cancer care, implementing novel technologies remains challenging. This study identifies unmet needs and technology requirements through a two‐step stakeholder involvement. Liquid biopsies for monitoring applications and predictive biomarker testing emerge as key unmet needs. Technology requirements vary by

Asymptotic formulas for solutions of half-linear Euler-Weber equation
We establish improved asymptotic formulas for nonoscillatory solutions of the half-linear Euler-Weber type differential equation $$ (\Phi(x'))'+\left[\frac{\gamma_p}{t^p}+\frac{\mu_p}{t^p\log^2 t}\right]\Phi(x)=0, \quad \Phi(x):=|x|^{p-2}x,\quad p>1 ...
