YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Hille-Wintner type comparison kriteria for half-linear second order differential equations [PDF]
summary:We establish Hille-Wintner type comparison criteria for the half-linear second order differential equation \[ \left(r(t)\Phi (x^{\prime })\right)^{\prime }+c(t)\Phi (x)=0,\quad \Phi (x)=|x|^{p-2}x\,,\ p>1\,, \] where this equation is viewed as a ...

Acute caffeine treatment protects the developing retina from ischemia‐induced cell death
Caffeine reduces cell death in the developing retina under ischemia (OGD). This effect does not involve BDNF upregulation or antioxidant pathways (NRF2/VEGF). Neuroprotection occurs mainly through adenosine A2A receptor antagonism, decreasing glutamate release and excitotoxicity, highlighting caffeine's potential as an acute neuroprotective agent in ...

This paper presents some oscillation criteria for second-order half-linear dynamic equations defined on unbounded above arbitrary time scales. These criteria offer sufficient conditions for all solutions of the equations to display oscillatory behavior ...

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pre‐exposure to TRF did not alter tissue (lung and spleen) mycobacterial burden but significantly reduced CD3+ T cells in lungs

Conjugacy and principal solution of generalized half-linear second order differential equations
We study the generalized half-linear second order differential equation and the associated Riccati type differential equation. We introduce the concepts of minimal and principal solutions of these equations and using these concepts we prove a new ...
