Surgical treatment of toe deformities
Between january 1983 and june of 1985, data were recorded consevutively on patients undergoing forefoot surgery. 582 operations were perfomed on 523 patients, 90% of whom where women. In 83% of cases, the primary diagnosis was hallux valgus.
