Targeting G3BP1 Condensate Topology Promotes Stress Granule Assembly via m6A‐IGF2BP1 for Ischemic Stroke Rescue

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Our research reveals that small‐molecule icariin (ICA) directly binds Ras‐GTPase‐activating protein SH3 domain‐binding protein 1 (G3BP1), inducing conformational change and oligomerization. This interaction confers neuroprotection by recruiting insulin‐like growth factor 2 mRNA‐binding protein 1 (IGF2BP1) and modulating N6‐methyladenosine (m6A ...

UTILIZACION DE LA MORFOLOGIA DE LAS LARVAS MEROCERCOIDES PRESENTES EN MOLUSCOS, EN LA DILUCIDACION DE LA TAXONOMIA DE LAS ESPECIES DE RHODOBOTHRIUM (CESTODA: TETRAPHYLLIDEA) USE OF THE LARVAL MORPHOLOGY IN THE ELUCIDATION OF THE TAXONOMY OF TETRAPHYLLIDEAN MEROCERCOIDS BELONGING TO THE GENUS RHODOBOTHRIUM PREENT IN MOLLUSKS

open access: yesGayana, 2007
Los moluscos lamelibranquios han sido señalados como hospedadores intermediarios de los parásitos cestodos del orden Tetraphyllidea. Estos platelmintos culminan sus ciclos de vida en los elasmobranquios.

A Closed‐Loop‐Capable Neural Interface Platform for Deep Brain Modulation via Integrated Non‐Viral Gene Delivery, NIR Optogenetics, and Electrophysiological Recording

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional, 3D porous neural interface combines non‐viral gene delivery and NIR optogenetics to enable minimally invasive, closed‐loop modulation of deep‐brain circuits. Abstract Closed‐loop neuromodulation requires precise, stable, and cell‐specific control of neural circuits with minimal invasiveness.

Dual‐Site Synergistic Mechanism via Single‐Atom and Vacancy Drives Lattice Oxygen Activation in Layered Double Hydroxides

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A strategy utilizing high‐energy ion beam technology to engineer defects in layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanosheets enables the high loading of non‐noble metal Mo single atoms. The synergistic effect between oxygen vacancies and single atoms promotes a novel mechanism for lattice oxygen activation, thereby significantly enhancing the oxygen evolution

Ultra‐Stable Topological Telluride Monolayers for Next‐Generation Battery Anodes and Sulfur Hosts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study computationally designs 2D ternary metal tellurides (HfTiTe4, ZrTiTe4, and HfZrTe4) with unique electronic environments for battery applications. These materials offer low ion diffusion barriers, ultrahigh theoretical capacities, and robust ion binding, making them promising anodes.
