Semiconducting THO‐C3N Monolayers for Ultrahigh Anisotropic Carrier Mobility
A precise site‐specific N‐doping strategy that drives a secondary electronic transition in net W is proposed, enabling the electronic properties transition from metal to Dirac semimetal and ultimately to semiconductor. The obtained THO‐C3N‐2 and THO‐C3N‐3 semiconductors exhibit high carrier mobilities and pronounced mobility anisotropy, with THO‐C3N‐2 ...

FRACTIONAL HAMILTONIAN SYSTEMS WITH POSITIVE SEMI-DEFINITE MATRIX
Summary: We study the existence of solutions for the following fractional Hamiltonian systems \[ \begin{cases} -_t D^{\alpha}_{\infty}(_{-\infty}D^{\alpha}_tu(t))-\lambda L(t)u(t)+\nabla W(t,u(t))=0, \\ u\in H^{\alpha}(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R}^n), \tag{\(\text{FHS}_\lambda\)} \end{cases} \] where \(\alpha\in (1/2,1), t\in \mathbb{R}, u\in \mathbb{R}^n ...

Scrambling‐Enhanced Quantum Battery Charging in Black Hole Analogues
By employing a black‐hole‐analog quantum battery constructed from a position‐dependent XY model, its dynamical behavior is investigated through a quench of the scrambling parameter. It is systematically quantified that how the simulated scrambling improves key performance metrics‐namely, stored energy, peak power, and charging time‐thereby offering a ...

Two-Component Super AKNS Equations and Their Finite-Dimensional Integrable Super Hamiltonian System
Starting from a matrix Lie superalgebra, two-component super AKNS system is constructed. By making use of monononlinearization technique of Lax pairs, we find that the obtained two-component super AKNS system is a finite-dimensional integrable super ...

Quantum matrix arithmetics with Hamiltonian evolution
The efficient implementation of matrix arithmetic operations underpins the speedups of many quantum algorithms. We develop a suite of methods to perform matrix arithmetics -- with the result encoded in the off-diagonal blocks of a Hamiltonian -- using Hamiltonian evolutions of input operators.

Accelerated Discovery of Topological Conductors for Nanoscale Interconnects
Copper interconnects exhibit a sharp increase in resistivity at ultra‐scaled dimensions, threatening continued miniaturization of integrated circuits. The gapless surface states of topological semimetals provide conduction channels resistant to localization.

Pseudo-Hermitian Matrix Exactly Solvable Hamiltonian
The non PT-symmetric exactly solvable Hamiltonian describing a system of a fermion in the external magnetic field which couples to a harmonic oscillator through some pseudo-hermitian interaction is considered. We point out all properties of both of the original Mandal and the original Jaynes-Cummings Hamitonians. It is shown that these Hamiltonians are

Upper Semi-Weyl and Upper Semi-Browder Spectra of Unbounded Upper Triangular Operator Matrices
In this paper, we study the unbounded upper triangular operator matrix with diagonal domain. Some sufficient and necessary conditions are given under which upper semi-Weyl spectrum (resp.
