Bi-Hamiltonian partially integrable systems
Given a first order dynamical system possessing a commutative algebra of dynamical symmetries, we show that, under certain conditions, there exists a Poisson structure on an open neighbourhood of its regular (not necessarily compact) invariant manifold ...

Beyond the Edge: Charge‐Transfer Excitons in Organic Donor‐Acceptor Cocrystals
Complex excitonic landscapes in acene–perfluoroacene cocrystals are unveiled by polarization‐resolved optical spectroscopy and many‐body theory. This systematic study of a prototypical model system for weakly interacting donor–acceptor compounds challenges common views of charge‐transfer excitons, providing a refined conceptual framework for ...

Passivity-based control for DC-microgrids with constant power terminals in island mode operation
This paper presents a Passivity Based Control (PBC) for a dc microgrid. PBC is commonly used in electrical systems such as power electronics converters and electric machines, but there are few applications in microgrids operating in island mode.

On the algebraic properties of difference approximations of Hamiltonian systems
In this paper, we examine difference approximations for dynamic systems characterized by polynomial Hamiltonians, specifically focusing on cases where these approximations establish birational correspondences between the initial and final states of the ...

Hamiltonian Chains in Hypergraphs [PDF]
Hamiltionian chain is a generalisation of hamiltonian cycles for hypergraphs. Among the several possible ways of generalisations this is probably the most strong one, it requires the strongest structure.

The constrained modified KP hierarchy and the generalized Miura transformations
In this letter, we consider the second Hamiltonian structure of the constrained modified KP hierarchy. After mapping the Lax operator to a pure differential operator the second structure becomes the sum of the second and the third Gelfand-Dickey brackets

Generalized Hamiltonian structures for Ermakov systems [PDF]
We construct Poisson structures for Ermakov systems, using the Ermakov invariant as the Hamiltonian. Two classes of Poisson structures are obtained, one of them degenerate, in which case we derive the Casimir functions. In some situations, the existence of Casimir functions can give rise to superintegrable Ermakov systems.

Strain Engineering of Magnetoresistance and Magnetic Anisotropy in CrSBr
Biaxial compressive strain significantly enhances magnetoresistance and critical saturation fields in thin flakes of the 2D magnet CrSBr, along all three crystallographic axes. First‐principles calculations link these effects to strain‐induced increases in exchange interactions and magnetic anisotropy.

Matrix Formulation of Hamiltonian Structures of Constrained KP Hierarchy
We give a matrix formulation of the Hamiltonian structures of constrained KP hierarchy. First, we derive from the matrix formulation the Hamiltonian structure of the one-constraint KP hierarchy, which was originally obtained by Oevel and Strampp. We then
