Blood Money in Crimes Against Internal Organs from Perspective of Imamiyah-Hanafi Jurisprudence and Afghanistan's Law

In this study, blood money (diyah) and compensation (arsh), as prescribed Islamic punishments for restitution of harm arising from crimes against life or body parts, are examined. The rulings regarding diyah for external organs are clearly defined in Islamic jurisprudence, whereas diyah for internal organs remains ambiguous.
