Real-World Efficacy and Safety of Lenvatinib in Advanced or Recurrent Thymic Carcinoma: A Multicenter Retrospective Study in Japan. [PDF]
Lenvatinib, a multikinase inhibitor targeting VEGFR, FGFR, and c‐Kit, is recommended for advanced or recurrent thymic carcinoma, but real‐world data remain limited. This multicenter retrospective study of 27 patients in Japan found a median PFS of 9.0 months, an ORR of 33.3%, and a DCR of 85.1%, with efficacy comparable to clinical trials.
