Multi‐Module Micro/Nanorobots for Biomedical and Environmental Remediation Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Multi‐module microrobots (MNRs) have overcome the limitations of single‐module systems by integrating components such as propeller, actuator, manipulator, and imaging modalities. They show promise in biomedical applications, such as targeted drug delivery and tissue repair, as well as in environmental remediation, including pollutant removal.

Toward Autonomous Self‐Healing in Soft Robotics: A Review and Perspective for Future Research

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
In this article, five different phases (damage detection, cleaning, damage closure, material healing, and healing assessment) are investigated to have an autonomous self‐healing at the system level with the focus on soft robotics. It delves into the importance of each phase, why and where they matter, and reviews relevant technologies that enable ...

Experimental study on disinfection effect of different dose of rapid hand disinfectant

open access: yesInternational Journal of Nursing Sciences, 2014
AbstractPurposeTo investigate the appropriate antiseptic handrubbing method.MethodsSeventy-four clinical nurses were randomly divided into two groups based on the number of disinfectant presses used, with group 1 using one-press and group 2 using two-presses. Sterilizing effects as a function of presses were compared and analyzed between the two groups.

A mouse model of lung ischemia–reperfusion injury with reversible left hilar entrapment

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.
A Novel Reversible Left Hilar Entrapment Model for Mouse Lung Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury with Visual Tracheal Intubation and Live Knot Technique. Abstract Lung ischemia–reperfusion injury (LIRI), an acute lung injury syndrome triggered by lung transplantation or distal organ ischemia, has long been a difficult and hot issue in clinical research.
