Different from CIPS with threshold switching behaviors, Cu‐deficient CIPS* shows stable non‐volatile digital and analog RS. Owing to the formation of metallic IPS at the LRS, CIPS* memristors demonstrate high ON/OFF ratio and endurance stability, which can be utilized to implement multilevel storage.

A Quantised Push‐Sum Distributed Adaptive Momentum Algorithm for Optimisation Over Directed Networks
ABSTRACT In this paper, we investigate a distributed constrained optimisation problem over directed networks. The agents in the networks conduct local computations and communications, endeavouring to collaboratively minimise the aggregation of all locally known convex cost functions subject to a global constraint set.

Video Based Handwritten Characters Recognition
In this chapter, we firstly designed an adaptive skin color model for fingertip extraction and its application to handwritten character recognition. A cheap webcam is used to serve as the input device and the forefinger tip is extracted by integrating skin-color, motion, curvature, and its relatively higher position.

Abstract This article engages signage as a medium through which urban stakeholders negotiate the politics of housing redevelopment and gentrification in cities. Focusing on Toronto, we examine housing‐related signage in three neighbourhoods where social mix approaches to redevelopment have ushered in gentrification: Parkdale, Regent Park, and Moss Park.

ABSTRACT Agricultural methane emissions represent a significant contributor to global climate change, with irrigated rice cultivation being one of the primary sources. Despite the availability of effective mitigation technologies, their adoption often remains limited due to behavioural and institutional constraints.
