An ab initio electromagnetic framework links quasinormal modes to Fano resonances in extinction spectra. Analytical expressions for the Fano asymmetry and intensity parameters are derived from overlap integrals, enabling rapid spectral reconstruction and physical interpretation.

Vandermonde factorization and canonical representations of block hankel matrices [PDF]
We study to which extent well-known facts concerning Vandermonde factorization or canonical representation of scalar Hankel matrices transfer to block Hankel matrices with p × q blocks.

The characteristic polynomial of some anti-tridiagonal 2-Hankel matrices of even order
In this paper we derive the characteristic polynomial for a family of anti-tridiagonal 2-Hankel matrices of even order at the expense of Chebyshev polynomials giving also a representation of its eigenvectors.

By using a certain general conic domain as well as the quantum (or q-) calculus, here we define and investigate a new subclass of normalized analytic and starlike functions in the open unit disk U .

A Study on the k-Mersenne and k-Mersenne-Lucas Sequences
In this study, we examine an application of $k-$Mersenne and $k-$Mersenne-Lucas sequences. We present the Catalan transforms of these sequences and give the properties of these Catalan transforms. Catalan transforms of $k-$Mersenne and $k-$Mersenne-Lucas

Superstring amplitudes, unitarily, and Hankel determinants of multiple zeta values
The interplay of unitarity and analyticity has long been known to impose strong constraints on scattering amplitudes in quantum field theory and string theory. This has been highlighted in recent times in a number of papers and lecture notes.

Optimal Hankel Norm Model Reduction by Truncation of Trajectories [PDF]
We show how optimal Hankel-norm approximations of dynamical systems allow for a straightforward interpretation in terms of system trajectories. It is shown that for discrete time single-input systems optimal reductions are obtained by cutting 'balanced ...

Algorithm of hybrid decoding of Reed–Solomon codes without recurrent procedures
A method of decoding Reed–Solomon codes is considered, based on non-recurrent procedures for calculating special extensions of Hankel (Toeplitz) matrices and syndromes. The method makes it possible to significantly reduce error probability during channel

Polynomials and Hankel matrices
Compatibility of a Hankel \(n\times n\)-matrix H and a polynomial f of degree m, \(m\leq n\), is defined. If \(m=n\), compatibility means that \(HC^ T_ f=C_ fH\) where \(C_ f\) is the companion matrix of f.

The eigenvalues of some anti-tridiagonal Hankel matrices
We determine the spectra of two families of anti-tridiagonal Hankel matrices of any order. The approach is much stronger and more concise than those particular cases appearing in the literature.
