Discontinuities in an axisymmetric generalized thermoelastic problem
This paper deals with discontinuities analysis in the temperature, displacement, and stress fields of a thick plate whose lower and upper surfaces are traction-free and subjected to a given axisymmetric temperature distribution.

Pitt's inequalities and uncertainty principle for generalized Fourier transform
We study the two-parameter family of unitary operators \[ \mathcal{F}_{k,a}=\exp\Bigl(\frac{i\pi}{2a}\,(2\langle k\rangle+{d}+a-2 )\Bigr) \exp\Bigl(\frac{i\pi}{2a}\,\Delta_{k,a}\Bigr), \] which are called $(k,a)$-generalized Fourier transforms and ...

Forma general de la transformada finita de Hankel General form of the finite Hankel transform
En este trabajo de investigación se obtiene una forma general de la Transformada Finita de Hankel en el intervalo [a, b], usando la teoría de las transformadas finitas de Sturm-Liouville.

On a non-self adjoint eigenfunction expansion
This paper develops a formula of inversion for an integral transform similar to that associated with the names of Kontorovich and Lebedev. The kernel involves the Hankel function Hu(1)(kr), in which r varies over a truncated infinite interval a≤r0 and ...

A distributional Hardy transformation
The Hardy's F-transform F(t)=∫0∞Fv(ty)yf(y)dy is extended to distributions. The corresponding inversion formula f(x)=∫0∞Cv(tx)tF(t)dt is shown to be valid in the weak distributional sense.

Interpolation by Hankel Translates of a Basis Function: Inversion Formulas and Polynomial Bounds
For μ≥−1/2, the authors have developed elsewhere a scheme for interpolation by Hankel translates of a basis function Φ in certain spaces of continuous functions Yn (n∈ℕ) depending on a weight w.

Calculation of Sommerfeld Integrals in Dipole Radiation Problems
This article proposes asymptotic methods for calculating Sommerfeld integrals, which enable us to calculate the integral using the expansion of a function into an infinite power series at the saddle point, where the role of a rapidly oscillating function

Hankel matrix transforms and operators [PDF]
Hankel operators and Hankel transforms are required in a number of applications. This article proves a number of theorems that efficiently and accurately approximates a function using Hankel transforms and Hankel sum. A characterization of the Hankel matrix sequences and Hankel matrix of semi-periodic and almost periodic sequences are also given.
