Journal of Biophotonics, EarlyView.Occlusal caries is visualized using non‐ionizing imaging techniques, including polarization‐sensitive OCT (PS‐OCT). The image collection captures different stages of lesion development and supports the interpretation of optical signals by comparison with histology.
