Summary Introduction An increasing proportion of complex surgical procedures are being performed in the UK as day‐cases, with variable and limited follow up. Discharge prescriptions must provide adequate analgesia, while considering the safety of the patient and public, following best practice guidance and good opioid stewardship.

Electrostatic Solitary Waves in Earth's Magnetosheath: Properties, Nature, and Origin

We present the analysis of 2,152 electrostatic solitary waves observed aboard the Magnetospheric Multiscale in the Earth's magnetosheath. The electric field of the solitary waves is predominantly bipolar and parallel to the local magnetic field.

Probiotic supplementation during pregnancy shows a modest, non‐robust increase in Group B Streptococcus decolonization, with no consistent benefit for bacterial vaginosis or vulvovaginal candidiasis. Probiotics may serve as a non‐antibiotic adjunct, but standardized regimens and ecological diagnostic frameworks are required.
