Afatinib Overcomes Osimertinib Resistance via Egfr V804F Mutation in a Syngeneic Egfr‐Mutant Lung Cancer Mouse Model

Withholding Oral Anticoagulation at Discharge and Post‐Discharge Stroke and Bleeding Vulnerability in a Predominantly Older Cohort Hospitalized With Acute Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation

Among 560 predominantly older patients discharged after acute heart failure with atrial fibrillation, withholding oral anticoagulation was associated with higher ischemic stroke and did not indicate lower bleeding risk. Bleeding risk was significantly higher among patients aged 80 years or older.

Staurosporine drives non‐canonical melanocyte maturation through β‐catenin‐dependent actin remodeling. Seismic Constraints of the 23 November 2025 Hayli Gubbi Eruption Sequence in Afar, Ethiopia

Abstract On 23 November 2025, the Hayli Gubbi volcano in Afar (Ethiopia) erupted in a massive explosion. We present the first seismic characterization using data from 13 regional seismological stations. Seismograms reveal signals consisting of a minute‐long precursor, a main eruptive phase, and secondary events hours later.
