Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.This work introduces a dynamic spike sorting pipeline that isolates diverse electrical signals from nanoelectrode arrays. Using biophysical simulations to calibrate signal processing, the approach reveals relationships between action potentials and membrane fluctuations, advancing the understanding of neuronal network excitability.

The major hearing deficits in NIHHL are temporal processing disorders. The translation of animal data in NIS studies to humans is hindered by many factors.
