Appearance of Negative Differential Conductivity in Graphene Nanoribbons at High-Harmonics
We theoretically study current dynamics of graphene nanoribbons subject to bias dc and ac driven fields. We showed that graphene nanoribbons exhibit negative high-harmonic differential conductivity.

Third order nonlinearity of graphene: effects of phenomenological relaxation and finite temperature
We investigate the effect of phenomenological relaxation parameters on the third order optical nonlinearity of doped graphene by perturbatively solving the semiconductor Bloch equation around the Dirac points.

DFIG Harmonic Current Controlling with the Grid Low Harmonic Voltage
This study presents a vector control strategy based on stator harmonic current closed-loop, it adds individually the control loop about of each stator harmonic current to restrain the stator harmonic current, in order to meet the THD criteria. The control strategy of restraining the harmonic current presents the design of the stator harmonic current ...

Photo-assisted heat current and Peltier coefficient in a metal/dot/metal junction
The photo-assisted heat current through a metal/dot/metal junction and its associated Peltier coefficient are computed in the framework of the time-dependent out-of-equilibrium Keldysh formalism in the presence of a dot energy modulation.
