Nonequilibrium stabilization of charge states in double quantum dots
We analyze the decoherence of charge states in double quantum dots due to cotunneling. The system is treated using the Bloch-Redfield generalized master equation for the Schrieffer-Wolff transformed Hamiltonian.

Chatting Towards Inclusivity: A Digital Approach to Inclusion Action Plans and Leader Development
ABSTRACT Inclusion is a cornerstone of success for organizations and society, yet inclusion is not guaranteed. Building on inclusive leadership research and relational models theory, we argue that inclusion cannot manifest without systematic effort and planning by leaders.

ABSTRACT This study explores the immediate responses of portfolio entrepreneurs (PEs) in the Netherlands to the onset of the COVID‐19 pandemic. Employing a longitudinal design, real‐time data were collected from 21 PEs through verbal interviews and open‐ended questionnaires, capturing their initial entrepreneurial reactions.

A mathematical model is presented for the steady, two-dimensional magneto-convection heat transfer of a two-phase, electrically-conducting, particle-suspension in a channel containing a non-Darcian porous medium intercalated between two parallel plates ...

Instability in electromagnetically driven flows Part II
In a previous paper, we have reported numerical simulations of the MHD flow driven by a travelling magnetic field (TMF) in an annular channel, at low Reynolds number.

Abstract Potentially traumatic events (PTEs) and stressful life events (SLEs) are recognized as environmental risk factors for diverse psychiatric disorders, including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and social anxiety disorder (SAD). However, research has predominantly focused on the presence and quantity of PTE/SLE exposure rather than specific ...

In this work, we investigated the dynamic retinal pathology of glaucoma from onset to late stages through longitudinal in vivo high‐resolution imaging in a silicone oil‐induced ocular hypertension (SOHU) glaucoma mouse model. We developed an optimized adaptive optics two‐photon excitation fluorescence microscopy (AO‐TPEFM) technique for morphological ...

We have developed a thermoresponsive microgel system for the selective enrichment of hyaluronic acid‐binding tumor cells. By modulating the adhesion on the microgel surface via temperature changes from 37°C to 30°C, we demonstrate a novel proof‐of‐principle for separating these tumor cell from white blood cells, which has potential applications in ...

We successfully developed poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and poly(ethylene furanoate) (PEF) nanoparticles and microparticles, covalently tagged with Alexa Fluor 633 or Alexa Fluor 647, using both mechanical and solvent‐based approaches. The particles displaying hydrodynamic diameters between 200 and 700 nm, exhibited long‐term colloidal stability ...

Critical behavior of the Random-Field Ising model at and beyond the Upper Critical Dimension
The disorder-driven phase transition of the RFIM is observed using exact ground-state computer simulations for hyper cubic lattices in d=5,6,7 dimensions. Finite-size scaling analyses are used to calculate the critical point and the critical exponents of
