Guidelines for Scale Development and Validation

open access: yesJournal of Consumer Behaviour, Volume 25, Issue 2, Page 953-973, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Scales, serving as measurement instruments composed of carefully designed items intended to capture latent constructs, play a critical role in advancing consumer theory and marketing practice. Yet, developing and validating scales poses a formidable challenge due to the diverse methods required to ensure rigor and robustness.

Negative [99mTc]Tc ‐DPD Scintigraphy, Presence of Monoclonal Protein and Biopsy Suggestive of AL Amyloidosis in a Patient With Homozygous p.Ala101Val Transthyretin Gene Variant

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Amyloidosis is a rare disease associated with the deposition of misfolded proteins that damage multiple organs, leading to a wide range of symptoms. The most frequently implicated proteins in amyloidosis include immunoglobulin Free Light Chains (FLC), related to AL amyloidosis, and transthyretin (TTR), which is responsible for ATTR amyloidosis.

Incremental Value of NT‐proBNP Over HCM‐AF Score in Risk Stratification for Atrial Fibrillation in Patients With Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

open access: yesClinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 3, March 2026.
In Asian patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, integrating NT‐proBNP with the clinical HCM‐AF score provides significant incremental prognostic value. This combined multiparametric assessment enhances the predictive accuracy for new‐onset atrial fibrillation, enabling more precise risk stratification and targeted clinical management.

Gigantochloa falcihumeris (Poaceae, Bambusoideae), a New Paleotropical Woody Bamboo Species From Southwest Yunnan, China

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 3, March 2026.
We describe Gigantochloa falcihumeris, a new species of paleotropical woody bamboo discovered in Southwest Yunnan, China. It is distinguished by its culm leaf sheath shoulders that prominently rise into a distinctive ca. 1 cm long falcate point.

Improvement of Phenolic Compound and Anthocyanin Extraction Efficiency From Clitoria ternatea by Autogenous Pressurization Method in a Sealed‐Vessel and Determination of Anthocyanin Compounds by LC‐HRMS

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
Closed‐vessel extraction under autogenous pressure (CVE‐AP) enhanced anthocyanin and phenolic compound recovery from Clitoria ternatea by improving solvent penetration and mass transfer while preserving flavonoid profiles confirmed by LC‐HRMS. ABSTRACT Clitoria ternatea L.
